ALTUM Venture Capital Funds (Iespējkapitāla fondi)

Latvia's state-backed venture capital layer, where ALTUM invests as a limited partner and three publicly selected early-stage managers (Buildit Latvia, BADideas.fund and Outlast Fund) plus growth-stage manager FLYCAP invest into companies. Larger and later rounds run through the Baltic Innovation Fund, whose third vintage opened in 2026.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
