A Lithuanian company, NGO or research body leads with a Ukrainian business partner — Ukrainian companies join as partners. Funds partner search (up to €15k), feasibility studies and business plans (up to €100k each), environmental and social impact studies (up to €150k), worker training, pilot projects and business development (up to €300k each), capped at €300k per project from a €1M pot. 70 % for SMEs and 50 % for large companies. Applicants and partners normally need 3 years of operation, waived for startups with innovative products. Two-stage: submit a business idea concept first. Projects run 4 to 24 months.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
