Enterprise Development Programme (Ettevõtte arenguprogramm)

EIS's main growth instrument for established exporters, funding a multi-year development plan rather than a single project. Applicants need at least two years of trading, at least eight full-time employees, and either EUR 50 000 of export sales last year or average sales growth of 5 % a year over two years. The plan must advance at least one of innovation, digitalisation or sustainability. The mandatory pre-consultation is where most applications are won or lost.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
