Top-up loan of up to NOK 25M (≈€2.16M, converted) for companies whose development projects lack the security a bank requires. Rate 7.95 %, or at most 7.61 % with an EIF guarantee, from 12.05.2026, plus a 0.5 % arrangement fee. Traditional retail and local services are not prioritised.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
2. Check your chances. Granteon assesses the project against the criteria in Innovasjon Norge – Innovasjonslån and tells you honestly whether it can be won — before you write.
3. Write the application. The AI writes from your own facts, scores the draft like an award committee, and delivers it field by field within the portal's character limits.
4. Complete the financing. Your own contribution is calculated. You can obtain a signed conditional commitment from an investor, and find consortium partners when the call requires them.
5. Deliver and report. Reporting plan, draft reports and budget tracking after the award — until the final report is filed.
