Innovation Loan (Innovatsioonilaen)

An unsecured development loan for companies whose project has reached TRL 5. It is the natural follow-on when a grant-funded prototype needs capital to reach production, covering personnel, tangible and intangible assets, working capital, applied research and feasibility studies. Terms run up to 15 years with up to three years' grace on principal; the company needs equity of at least 10 % of its balance sheet and no tax arrears.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
2. Check your chances. Granteon assesses the project against the criteria in Innovation Loan (Innovatsioonilaen) and tells you honestly whether it can be won — before you write.
3. Write the application. The AI writes from your own facts, scores the draft like an award committee, and delivers it field by field within the portal's character limits.
4. Complete the financing. Your own contribution is calculated. You can obtain a signed conditional commitment from an investor, and find consortium partners when the call requires them.
5. Deliver and report. Reporting plan, draft reports and budget tracking after the award — until the final report is filed.
