An annual Ministry of Defence competition that buys down the risk of early defence technology development in Estonian companies. The 2026 priorities were counter-drone detection and neutralisation, electronic warfare, situational awareness, drone mass production, ammunition manufacturing and soldier protection against attack drones, though other projects meeting the competition's goals stay eligible. Applications win on operational relevance to the Estonian Defence Forces and a realistic path from TRL 4–7 to a fieldable product.
