The main debt instrument for financing R&D in Lithuania, and effectively interest-free for the first three to five years. It funds industrial research, experimental development and innovation, and at least one R&D activity is mandatory in the project. Open to SMEs and mid-caps in the Capital Region and to SMEs and large enterprises in Central and Western Lithuania. Critical gate: the project must not have started before the application date. Assessment takes up to 60 working days and can be extended by another 60.
