Framework of EUR 182.5 million — the largest open Portuguese scheme in this list, and the only one with a published grant rate. It finances a new facility, capacity increase, diversification or process change that produces marketable and exportable products. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises on the mainland. A separate framework for areas with low population density.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
2. Check your chances. Granteon assesses the project against the criteria in SICE – Inovação Produtiva and tells you honestly whether it can be won — before you write.
3. Write the application. The AI writes from your own facts, scores the draft like an award committee, and delivers it field by field within the portal's character limits.
4. Complete the financing. Your own contribution is calculated. You can obtain a signed conditional commitment from an investor, and find consortium partners when the call requires them.
5. Deliver and report. Reporting plan, draft reports and budget tracking after the award — until the final report is filed.
