Start-up Grant (Starditoetus)

Estonia's pre-seed instrument for companies up to three years old with fewer than ten employees and revenue at or below EUR 40 000. It pays EUR 20 000 against a EUR 25 000 standardised unit cost, in two instalments tied to milestones rather than receipts, so there is no cost documentation burden. A signed preliminary assessment from a regional development centre is mandatory. Applicants commit to creating at least one full-time job and reaching EUR 80 000 revenue in Tallinn or Tartu, or EUR 40 000 elsewhere.

1. Describe the idea. Company name and a few sentences about the project — registration number and sector are fetched from the registry.
2. Check your chances. Granteon assesses the project against the criteria in Start-up Grant (Starditoetus) and tells you honestly whether it can be won — before you write.
3. Write the application. The AI writes from your own facts, scores the draft like an award committee, and delivers it field by field within the portal's character limits.
