Investment Loans for Defence Projects (Investicinės paskolos gynybai)

A direct investment loan from ILTE's own capital for companies of any size operating in Lithuania, covering defence projects including development of dual-use products. Unlike the EU-funded grant calls there is no call window and no competitive scoring: it is an ordinary credit decision on market terms, which suits a manufacturer that needs to finance production capacity now rather than wait for the November and December 2026 defence calls.
