Latvian-registered SMEs can buy in research, design, testing, certification and IP services to take a genuinely new product or technology to market. Four voucher types run from a small 100 %-funded introductory voucher to a EUR 25 000 classic R&D voucher at 85 %. Decisions come in about a month, so what wins is a concrete, demonstrably novel product with an identified market — not a long narrative.
