FoU-tilskudd (MTEP) inntil €2M per prosjekt for utvikling av nye produkter og teknologier — budsjett €19,4M for Midt- og Vest-Litauen. SMB-er og store bedrifter i samarbeid med SMB kan søke; 25–80 % støttegrad etter FoU-kategori og størrelse. Forsvarsretningen følger Forsvarets fire teknologiprioriteter (ubemannede systemer, C-UAS, personellbeskyttelse, mobilitet/mot-mobilitet).
