Andre STEP-utlysning for utvikling OG produksjon av forsvars- og sikkerhetsteknologi: inntil €4M per prosjekt, budsjett €33,2M (€10,5M Vilnius + €22,7M Midt/Vest-Litauen). Krever registrering i Litauen ≥3 år og reell omsetning (runde 1: ≥€300k mikro/små, ≥€500k mellomstore, ≥€750k store). Kun modne løsninger (TRL 6+); prioriteringene er satt av Forsvaret.
