Funding rate: Wage compensation of 70 % for micro and small, 60 % for medium (70 % where the person hired falls under Article 25 of the Employment Law) and 50 % for large enterprises, capped at 1.5 times the minimum monthly wage. Training costs up to EUR 5 765 to acquire a qualification or EUR 2 882.50 to improve one, rising to EUR 10 377 and EUR 5 765 for high value-added qualifications. Up to 20 % of the supervising master's wage is also reimbursed.
