Employers — including NGOs — that hire registered unemployed combat veterans through an employment-centre referral for at least one year get 50 % of wage costs, capped at the minimum wage, for 6 months (≈€1,100 per hire, converted). No tax debts; repayable if the job ends early. Confirm current terms with the local employment centre.
